In line with Section 3 of the Act, we process all data fairly, lawfully, and transparently. We only collect information that is necessary to fulfill our community development, advocacy, and social enterprise goals:
Personal Identification: Your name, phone number, email address, and physical location.
Financial & Supporter Data: Secure processing of financial support and grants via third-party processors. We do not store your direct banking credentials.
Children’s Data Protection: We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without explicit prior consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Your data is strictly utilized to advance our mission and support our local initiatives.
Managing program registrations, training academies, and community-led credit groups (SACCOs).
Acknowledging partnerships, processing donations, and issuing project reports.
Communicating foundation news and updates (you retain the right to opt-out at any time).

No Commercial Sharing: We do not sell, lease, or distribute your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention: Personal information is safely retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or as required by law.
Security & Breach Enforcement: We utilize strong technical protections to guard against unauthorized access. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will immediately report it to the National Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO) and notify affected individuals as mandated by law.
