Vegan food
Children’s vegan food includes plant-based meals made from fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, carefully planned to meet their nutritional needs. With proper guidance, vegan diets for kids can provide essential nutrients like protein, iron, calcium, and vitamin B12 through fortified foods and supplements when necessary.

Plant Based food
Fruits are the mature ovaries of flowering plants, typically containing seeds. They are naturally sweet and provide essential nutrients like vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. Common examples are apples, bananas, berries, and oranges

Legumes
Legumes are a class of vegetables that include beans, lentils, peas, and chickpeas. They are excellent sources of plant-based protein, fiber, and various micronutrients. Incorporating legumes into meals can support muscle maintenance and promote satiety.

Plant Based Food
Vegetables are edible parts of plants, such as leaves, stems, roots, and flowers. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber, contributing to overall health. Examples include spinach, carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers

Simbiya Coffee
Coffee itself is naturally vegan, as it comes from coffee beans, which are plant-based. However, in veganism, attention is given to how coffee is prepared and served avoiding dairy creamers or milk, and instead using plant-based alternatives like almond, soy, oat, or coconut milk, and ensuring added flavorings or syrups are free from animal products like honey or dairy derivatives.

Maize planting
Maize growing supports veganism by providing a plant-based staple rich in carbohydrates, fiber, and essential nutrients, making it a key component in many vegan diets. As a versatile crop, maize can be used in a variety of vegan foods, from cornmeal and tortillas to plant-based snacks and dairy alternatives.

All Grains
Whole grains consist of the entire grain kernel, including the bran, germ, and endosperm. They provide complex carbohydrates, fiber, and essential nutrients. Examples include brown rice, quinoa, oats, and whole wheat. Consuming whole grains supports digestive health and provides sustained energy.
