What began as a small coffee farming initiative has now blossomed into a full-fledged coffee production enterprise dubbed the Veg Smart Coffe Initiative, ensuring that more value remains within the local community. Initially focused on growing high-quality coffee beans, the project evolved by investing in agroprocessing infrastructure, enabling LFAU Foundation to roast, grind, and package our own coffee rather than selling raw beans at lower prices.
